This policy explains what Sienna Studio collects when you visit siennastudio.com or get in touch, and what we do with it. We have kept it deliberately short.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and any project details you choose to share. Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited — for security and basic analytics.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, to run the project. Aggregated analytics help us understand which work resonates. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
The site sets a small number of first-party cookies for basic function and privacy-respecting analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner without losing any functionality.
Third parties
Form delivery and hosting are handled by processors bound by their own data-protection terms. We share your information with them only as needed to run the site and respond to you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@siennastudio.com and we will respond within one month.
Retention
Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within twelve months. Project records are kept for the length of our professional obligations and then removed.
